Thirty Warriors: Building Our First Roster

The first five players to wear Thirty Warriors will define what the name means. That is why we are taking our time.

What we look for

Mechanics get you into the conversation. They do not get you onto the roster. We are looking for players who communicate under pressure, who take coaching, who prepare like professionals when nobody is watching, and who make the people around them better. Individual excellence, collective purpose. It is the founding idea of The Thirty, and it is the standard for the team.

How trials work

Trials are structured, not open-ended. Candidates are assessed across scrims, review sessions and a period of training with the coaching staff before any decision is made. We look at how a player performs, how they respond to losing, and how they carry themselves when a plan breaks down.

What you will see when the roster is ready

Each Thirty Warrior will be presented properly: portrait, role, country and a place in the formation. No dashboards, no filler. Until then, the roster page holds five empty positions. They are not a placeholder for a design. They are the positions we are filling.
