The name
A name inspired by a small company of warriors, remembered not for their number but for what they did when the odds were against them.
We are building an organization on the same idea: find exceptional competitors, forge them into a unit, and take that unit to the biggest stages in the world.
Nigeria is where we begin. The world is where we compete. Individual excellence, collective purpose, and the discipline to hold the line when it matters.

The organization
The Thirty is built to hold more than a single team. Competition comes first; development, media and culture follow as each is ready.
Ambition
The Thirty exists to develop elite esports talent from Nigeria and the continent, and to put it on the biggest stages in the game. Not as a story about potential, but as a team that turns up and competes.
